Carmex (industrial skincare)
During the past month I've been scouring my local drugstores to find afordable gifts for the holiday season. Now, I'm not a massive fan of drugstore makeup (althought there are some great cruelty free brands: Wet n' Wild, Revlon and Physicians Formula ect.), but recently I've had fun looking for lotions. I'm trying to replace one of my favorite lotions, and I think I've found a great deal. Carmex has come out with a lotion. It's cruelty free and it smells like fresh baked cookies. It smells nothing like vanilla. I hate the smell of vanilla. I have a really hard time finding products without scents or scents that don't give me headaches. So this smell is very tollerable. The formula is not incredibly thick, but when I apply it I feel like I have a good coat on my hands. I don't feel like it's going to wash right off. It's not greasy or sticky at all. I think this is going to be my new go-to lotion. I can't get enough! Only $5.99 at my local Walgreens.
